“I’m writing you to let you know how helpful two of your plumbers were when they were installing a new hot water heater at my house on September 5th.

I work at home and have a two-year old son and two big Russian wolfhounds. Rick and Richie were bringing a new heater into my house when my two dogs somehow forced their way past the gate and out of the yard. I was outside with my son at the time and the four of us watched the dogs run by at high speed, and fly down the street. Without missing a beat, both men said, ‘Go get the dogs. Since my son had been watching the men work and had established at least what he thought was a rapport with them, I felt comfortable doing that and took off running down the street. When I returned, my son was busy playing in the basement near Rick – who had found a toy for him, and was keeping an eye on him.

Living in the city, I find it extraordinary when people are willing to help out in an emergency, and I was impressed that both Rick and Ritchie (I’m sorry I don’t know their last names; I took these from the bill) immediately saw what needed to be done, and did it.
